I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The junior suite I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had stunning views of the surrounding hills and valley. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was huge with not one, but two balconies! The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and had a wide variety of options. The attentive and well-trained staff made sure I had everything I needed. I also loved the two-course dinner with an antipasti buffet - the food was excellent!
Although there were a few small areas for improvement, overall, this hotel is definitely recommended for everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The views from the hotel were breathtaking, with towering cliffs right in front of us. Being close to ski and bike hire shops was a key advantage, making it easy to enjoy outdoor activities. the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent from breakfast to dinner.
Communication with the staff was difficult as not all spoke English well. Unfortunately, there was no water or tea-making facilities in the room, but we were advised we could get drinks from the bar.

The spa facilities were fantastic, with plenty of saunas and a lovely indoor pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was great for accessing nearby ski slopes. We also appreciated the free parking on site.
Sadly, the food was a real letdown. Breakfast lacked variety, with only a small selection of bread and no vegetables.
